Transparent Matte is a satin glaze that works well with surface decoration. If you spend all that time painting with Velvet Underglaze, make sure you use this to reduce the glare of a glossy glaze.
Works great with any AMACO underglaze product. Apply thin over texture and surface decorations to prevent pooling. This glaze can become semi-opaque when it is thick.
Great for majolica painting. As all matte glazes, also a LM - Series glaze does not flow when fired. Care has to be taken for even brush strokes. For application we recommend a soft fan brush.
